When someone says "parkour," you probably visualize super-fit people running an extreme obstacle course, jumping across rooftops, or doing a backflip. While American Ninja Warrior-type moves are definitely parkour, there is actually much more to the discipline. PKMove offers parkour lessons that are accessible to everyone no matter what their age or ability. We believe parkour is for everyone!

Walk to Bust Cancer 2017

Parkour is the art of using strength and creativity to overcome obstacles and there are few obstacles bigger than cancer. PK Survivor is parkour-based for the cancer survivor and their family/friends.
