Learn More About PKMove

About Us

PKMove probably looks at fitness differently than other gyms or instructors you've met before. Whenever it's possible, we train outside, using whatever obstacles are in the environment – whether it's a curb, a park bench, stairs, a tree, or a rail. Here at PKMove, we cherish each individual's unique signature as it's expressed through movement. We love to play, we respect gravity, and we also face our fears.

PKMove's Staff

Our fitness trainers create bespoke programs that are tailor-made. PKMove's highly-trained coaches are qualified to work with special populations. We go the extra mile to ensure that we are providing the safest possible space for our parkour lessons.
